WALPOLE – NORNALUP NATIONAL PARK
There is one thing that comes to my mind when I think about Walpole – Nornalup National Park. Red tingle tree, one of the most spectacular trees in Western Australia that can reach as high as 80 m. This species can be easily recognised by its exceptionally wide base, and a hollowed out trunk. Distribution of these trees is limited, and this makes Walpole – Nornalup National Park a very unique place. Find out more in this post.

PEMBERTON’S CLIMBING TREES
What is the craziest tourist attraction in Western Australia? Pemberton's climbing trees with no doubt. These giants have over 50 m, were formerly used as fire lookouts, and today remain open for tourists to climb. Have I mentioned that there's hardly no support provided? Just pegs hammered into the tree trunk that form a ladder. Would you rely on that? Learn more about Pemberton's climbing trees in this blog post.

ELLEN PEAK IN THE STIRLING RANGE
Ellen Peak at 1012 m is a remote peak located in Stirling Range National Park. The mountain itself is not too high, but the thing is you need to climb over 800 m from the plain to the summit to get it done. On top of that, the walking track to Ellen Peak in the Stirling Range is not signposted, so you better be experienced in navigating before making an attempt. Ellen Peak is also a great warm-up before traversing the entire ridge.
